06/14/2018 Verified: If you are considering are getting any type of surgery I would definitely recommend this recovery kit! The customer service is amazing ! Customer service Was prompt and ALL of my questions are always answered thoroughly ! When it comes to purchasing any type of product online customer service is very important and the end this is exactly what I got! My Package arrive sooner than expected and all of the items in the package or definitely I help! It wasn’t enough for my entire recovery, but I was on the road to the right path and what I needed.

06/06/2018 Verified: I was a week away for my survery and i had no clue what to get for my post op recovery. Unfortunately the recovery kit was sold out on a few items but bellavie made me a custom made recovery kit for me which i was so greatful. Due to the short time i was freaking out omg am i going to get my items on time. Thanks to Bellavie who made it happen i got my recovery kit right on time. I just love the customer service they provided very efficient, helpful and patient. Thank you so mych Bellavie

05/31/2018 Verified: SUPER FAST WITH RESPONSES, there was an issue in shipment when i order my booty pillow, boards and foams, purchased 10 days before my surgery day , the day of surgery still never recieved package, was freaking out, i emailed them , within minutes i had the ceo message me back with a solution, was via text with an employee The Whole day and they were able to have my pillow waiting for me right after my bbl procedure, and they threw in a free gift due to untimely delivery service. Was super happy i didn’t have to wait days for my product even after original shipment error, love my boards and pillow A++ can’t wait to order my lipo rollover next , highly recommend, and the prices are awesome
