Everyone at Best Pets is so friendly and helpful!! Rudy is completely excited to see everyone and is always given so much attention. They take such good care of him and always let me know when he is due for another vaccination or check-up. They are very knowledgeable there and answer all of my questions. They really get to know him on a personal basis and make us feel like he is their only patient!! I can't imagine taking Rudy anywhere else!!

Dr. Tapscott is compassionate, intelligent and has the best interest of your pet in her heart. I have known Dr. Tapscott for years and am absolutely thrilled she has opened Best Pets, so the fortunate pet owners close, like myself (and not so close) will hopefully take their beloved pets to have wonderful health care like i have. Her staff has been very warm, friendly and knowledgable.

Dr. Tapscott provided exceptional care while trying to help keep medication costs and lab costs low for our older labrador retriever. Dr. Tapscott spent a lot of time getting to know our dog's medical history and current treatment program. I felt we received exceptional personalized care.

Excellent and friendly service. It is easy to tell that Dr Tapscott has lots of experience and was very thorough in making sure I know all my options and understand everything. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and caring. I now have a provider who is caring and compassionate and takes plenty of time explaining needs and care specific to my pet, in addition to excellent medical and technical expertise. We are always warmly greeted upon visits and receive rapid call backs in response to any questions. Great pricing too, this is the place to go!

Very pet-friendly family environment. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone at Best Pets is always happy to greet you and attend to the needs of their patients. No concern is ever too insignificant to address and explain. I'm always confident someone will follow up with me. The doctors call you at home themselves directly to answer any questions you may have. I've had only positive experiences so far. Thank you Dr. Tapscott, Dr. Lynch, Brianna, and front office.
