Dr. Tapscott is the greatest! My cat and I followed her here from her previous practice. She is professional, thorough, and always goes above and beyond to explain everything. The facility is clean, reasonably priced, and the staff is so friendly. You can tell that everyone that works there really loves animals. We would never go anywhere else!!!

From day one of our pet becoming a patient, Best Pets has been nothing but great! Very professional and affordable pet care!! Dr. Tapscott and all of her staff are just awesome! Very friendly and helpful everytime whether it is a phone call or a office visit. Always very loving and caring!! Absolutely would reccommend them to anyone!

Dr. Tapscott and staff are awesome. I have had my cat for 4 years in that time my cat would frequently break out in sores I when ever I brought him to my other vet they would just give me a cream and send me on my way. I went to Best Pets on suggestion of my brother immediately I knew I made the right decision. Dr. Tapscott listens to my concerns and always offers great insight on what I can do for my cat to ensure that his condition which turned out to be seriously allergies are handled appropriately. Price wise it is one of tbe cheaper vets around. Service wise it is the best vet around I really feel like they care about my cats health as much as I do. For what its worth my cat also likes it there to which is funny because at our previous vet he would always hide under my legs when we are at best pets he always tries to go with the girls when they leave the room. I cant say enough good things about Best pet, I highly recommend it.

I have had nothing but great experiences every time I have been in there with my dog Princess. I've been coming there since Dec 2013 and everyone has been so helpful and take great care of her. I drive an hour and a half just to bring her from the Cape to Best Pets and it is so worth it. I would recommend Best Pets to anyone looking for a great vet to bring their pet to.

I adore Dr. E. Lynch and trust few others with my animals' care. She gives me the options and advises which she would recommend based upon her extensive knowledge of animals, me and my specific animals.

Dr. Tapscott and her assistant were outstanding. Every pet has a different personality and Heidi was able to adapt her approach to each based on their personality. She took extra time with my "Scardy Cat" so that he would feel comfortable during his exam. It was evident that she truly loves animals. I would recommend Dr. Tapscott and her staff if you are in the market for a caring, nourturing and knowledgeable veterinarian to care for you pets. Best Pets is truly "BEST" in my book!

Dr. Heidi Tapscott and her staff are seriously awesome! They have been so helpful and informative. As new puppy owners we had lots of questions and they were always ready and willing to answer! We look forward to using Best Pet's for all our pets :)
