DiSanto Propane

Just when I think this woman NICOLE DISANTO who represents this company can’t get any worse I am proven wrong. The series of events that I am about to share are downright deplorable and I pray anyone reading this review who has had similar problems will also complain to every and anyone who will listen. 10/29-spoke with Becky (a little less nasty than Nicole). Paid $1251 to have propane delivered. 11/4-propane delivered and invoice totaling $922 left in my door. 11/8-I call and speak with Nicole reference refund of the difference of the amount I paid and amount the gas cost…approximately $329. She says there are no refunds only credit. I say I do not want a credit. I do not have a contract with them. I pay in full with each delivery. We are moving within the next few months. I have no desire continuing service with this company. I tell her I will dispute the difference with my bank. She starts yelling at me and I hang up. She calls a few minutes later and leaves a disgusting message telling me she is sending someone to pick up the tank. The tank that has $1000 worth of my money in it (we still had gas left in the tank prior to delivery). 11/9-Our landlord calls her and she is equally as nasty to him. She tells him also that she is picking up the tank. 11/10-my kids are waiting by the front door for the bus to come. A man from DiSanto comes to the door and starts asking them a bunch of questions…AFTER my daughter tells him that her parents aren’t home he continues to harass them. He picks up the FULL propane tank which we use for heat and cooking gas. NICOLE DISANTO acted on sheer vindictiveness and unprofessionalism. She has NO regard for the well being and welfare of others. She STOLE our money when she arranged to have the tank picked up. I will file a complaint against her, DISANTO PROPANE, and the owner who allows this nonsense to happen. They will not be allowed to do this to anyone else if I have anything to do with it. BTW…Nicole said in her message that she was refunding our money. Of course that has not been done yet she took the tank. THIEVES. CROOKS. IMMORAL.

They were weaver gas which was a good company. Now they get you into a contract that totally is only good for them. Stay away from this company. go with another company.

Very shady company, hides fees, tries to lock you in to long term contracts. Run from these guys, they are total crooks.
