Some how the order got mixed up, and I called Tyler @ the warehouse. After talking with him, he told me that he only live a couple miles away and would bring the correct base mounts and exchange them to avoid the hassel of return shipping. Ordered a Rola roof basket for my SUV. Called them on the phone; they were very friendly and able to confirm same-day shipping if I placed the order that day. The price was good, and the item was received a few days later. The rack was packed in the manufacturer's box, and everything looked pretty good. One minor problem was one portion of the rack's tubing was slightly dented and required some bending with a pair of pliers in order to assemble the rack.

I like the live chat a lot. Fast service and they carry numerous products for campers. We recently had a hail storm in June in Pa. Only minor damage, but I was able to get what I need at the generalrvcenter.

Totally 100% satisfied with my General RV experience. Only complaint would be the cost of shipping . . . almost as much as the part I ordered . . . but certainly better than the time and gas involved to pick up personally.
