A total piece of junk!!! Don't waist your time and money on this inferior garbage built with Lead bearings. They fall apart and Gozone says they will send replacement parts but my experience has been that after 6 months of waiting you might as well kiss your hard earned money good by.

I use to just run outside and lift weights in the winter. I started gozone in April of 2016, and what a difference it has made in my fitness. I have noticed an amazing change in my core strength. I love going to the classes as they change every two months. The trainers are always there to guide you and assist in any way possible. Gozone is an amazing place to workout!

Gozone is the only place to work out! They have the best staff, so kind, inspiring and caring. The class setting keeps you motivated but you can still work at your own pace. Different class types keep you interested and coming back. They offer great services at a fair price.

Primarily work out with Bill as a trainer - he is very supportive of all participants and encourages everyone to improve. I love the format, the heart rate monitor is a major motivation tool and it has enable me to push myself more than I ever have in other workouts.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will find a way to make a particular exercise easier are harder, depending on what your needs are. The place is very clean. I love the fact that we wear our own personalized heart monitors while we workout! When I am not working hard enough, it is reflective on the screen in front of us, if I am working too hard, it tells me to slow down...this is VERY effective in reaching your goals. Overall, this place will help you reach your fitness goals, no matter what they are!

I've been a very active member of GoZone for one year and plan to continue. Although the workouts are a challenge, I push myself more because of the positive attitude and commitment of the extraordinary trainers who work with us throughout the classes. The variety of the classes are amazing!!!
