I really love using Hachi Shears. The quality and price are amazing, I own more than 10 shears. They offer me lifetime warranty and I recently had to exchange, they made it easy for me, sent me a return label with a replacement. I just purchased a new set from their newest collection, can't wait to get them.

Ordered from them in 2018/2019. Shears were defective. I called and emailed them for a year and a half And Got the run around from them until the company disappeared. Now they resurfaced. Beware of this company. They are horrible to deal with and sell defective items.

The thinning shears are terrible! I don't recommend at all... I've ordered a few shears fom your company.... but what was that!
