The package must have been sitting for a long enough time somewhere...The crowns of Honeoye and Sparkle had enough pooled water in the plastic bags that they rotted. Just the facts or what I think happened to the crowns. It took 24 days for the USPost , that the package took from ( May 26,2021) to reach me in Calgary Alberta, Canada. (June 18th, 2021).It went zigzagging to Miami etc... I carefully took care of the bareroots from June 18th to July 07th ...But nothing survived. I had sent photos 3 times and also for to reclaim the USPS INSURANCE to Hand picked Nursery.Ghosted. Very bad customer service???? My e-mails and photos - 3 times were GHOSTED and NOT HONORING 1 TIME REPLACEMENT. Since it was INSURED !!! I ordered purple passion asparagus. Planted it and it comes up just regular green stuff you can get out of the ditch. An entire season lost and a year of seed I'll never get back. They offered a 50% discount. Why would I ever buy from you again.

I contacted them regarding bare root strawberries for my growing zone. They were very helpful and got my order shipped out very quickly. I had another question once they arrived and were planted indoors until after my frost date in April. Still the person I spoke with was very helpful and I will continue to use handpicked nursery for my plant needs. Thank you for being outstanding!
