Bought a kite. Arrived with broken posts. To return it it's a dollar. I know about drop shipping, and that's what you've done...dropped the ball. It was shipped from Indiana, but built in China sent from Bend Oregon, to Indiana, then back to Oregon. I live 3hrs from bend. Probably tripled your money 3x. Hustlers!!

I ordered 3 hummingbird feeders on 8-15-15. They arrived in just a few days. I loved them. Unfortunately, one was defective. On 8-20-15 I contacted JCS Wildlife and spoke with Amanda. I received a replacement in just a few days. It is a pleasure to buy from a company that takes care of their customers. I will Be recommending them to my friends!!

Everything was great. I can't believe I received the order the very next day! Only issue I had was I can't see the shadow boxes for responses on the website. Not sure why, but made it a little bit of a challenge to get billing/payment information right. Part of the time I could tab through, but sometimes I couldn't and since I couldn't see the boxes, it was confusing. I think they are there, just really faint. Great job, Chris and Jen!!

I love to brag on a great company, and JC's Wildlife is one of the few. They have provided me excellent service, fast delivery, and exceptional value every time I have ordered from them. In an age when online retailers are switching back to charging handling fees and high mailing costs, I have yet to be charged for shipping and they have always given me a discount. The products I have ordered are top notch and allow the enjoyment from them I expect. I'm glad I found JC's Wildlife to enhance my backyard experience!
