Dear JMJK, i thought i would be getting satisfactory service from your company but i haven't and i'm disappointed! The first (1) item i purchased two (2) weeks ago was the Hockey style hoodie with Chicago Cubs Kris Bryant name and number 17 on it but that hasn't arrived yet or the Chicago Cubs slippers! Two (2) items that did get to my house were ordered two (2) weeks later so i'm not happy so far!!!

It has been two weeks and I still have not received my order or any tracking info. I'm not happy since it was supposed to be a gift. This is the first time ordering from here and I probably will not order again if this is how it is.

I have not received a response to my ticket from 2 days ago- ticket 16389!!! Although I did receive an email to rate JMJK Sports- and it would not let me give 0 stars. I still have not received my order- it was placed on 03/19/2016- but you did take my money. I would appreciate a email or call regarding my purchase that I have not received yet. That would be a great way to boost your ratings and for future business from me.

I ordered two weeks ago i have emailed them twice they sent me an email saying my package was delivered and a tracking code i emailed them saying i have no package and the tracking code does not work and now its two days later they send me an email to rate their business and i have still yet to receive my order!

Still have not received the sweatshirt I purchased. By the time it arrives, won't be able to wear it until fall time.
