Stay far far away from this store and lady! I ordered 3 dresses, only got 2 but charged for 3, the quality is TERRIBLE, then she only offered store credit, even for the product she never sent. Then when you leave reviews on her social media she will block you, she doesn't approve negative reviews on her website so you dooped on fake positive reviews. Then she offered me a return label, I sent the only 2 dresses I received so I could at least get store credit or dispute with my bank, and then she refused delivery. Next step is legal action and cops for theft.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I’m in LOVE with my order! (Bathing suit w/ skirt, Maxi Dress -Size M) I’m 5’7, 180 athletic build and Everything fit true to size and the quality is amazing! We had a small delay on shipping but Jainmy was exceptional with making sure my order got here on time for a special trip! Customer service and quality, Win win for me! I will definitely be ordering again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A STORE!! Their prices are outrageous for extremely cheap quality! I paid $70 for a skirt that was so cheap and thin, it felt like paper. I tried it on with no tugging and my FINGER WENT RIGHT THROUGH THE SKIRT! My nails are short, so that was not the problem. When I called to return, nothing but voicemail. Then I emailed customer service, they said I have to pay to ship it back and they are charging me 25% for a "restocking/damage" fee. Are you F-ing kidding me? What crap customer service is this? I'll buy with Fashion Nova over this place any day!

The quality of the clothing is terrible, especially considering the price. And the business owner is very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money. I bought a jumpsuit and the belt loop was ripped, the business owner told me to just cut it. Even though their policy says that if you have a damaged item, they will cover shipping. The business owner told me because I got 30% off and free shipping, I should pay for the return shipping. I won’t even get into how they are falsely advertising the size the models are wearing, so you will inevitably by the wrong size.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO REFUND POLICY. WHEN THEY GIVE U A CREDIT, YOU CAN NOT USE ANY DISCOUNT CODES WITH THE STORE CREDIT WHICH IS STUPID. THERE CLOTHES ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK FOR MONTHS. I COULD NOT FIT ANY OF THERE CLOTHES AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT REFUND ME. SAVE YOUR MONEY AN SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Stay away from this company. I burned $100 on their website and I could have gotten better quality from Fashion Nova. I didn't even bother returning. Because store credit will still give me something else cheap. Why bother? I ordered a jumpsuit and a skirt. I could have got it from the hood for 20 bucks. It was thin cheap and ill fitting. Buyer beware!

I purchased a backpack purse and when it arrived I the zippers were a lot larger then in the pictures description and they were difficult to open and close. I received an email from the company asking if I was satisfied with my purchase in which I responded that I was not. No one ever responded back and now the zipper that closes the purse is broken! I called and requested a replacement or a store credit and was given the run around by the owner that she needed to locate the email I sent and would call me back in 15 minutes! She never did so I called back and was told since I purchased the purse 2 months ago there is nothing they could do! The owner was arrogant and rude! Don’t buy anything from this online store!

I do all my homework on online companies to avoid scams and ending up with cheap Chinese product. I check their contact information, their mailing address and even their legal contact information which I then further cross reference online to see who actually owns the site. Thought I had done all my due diligence with this one but still got burnt with crap Chinese product all made with terrible polyester (I ordered a dress, a shirt and 2 piece pant suit). I ordered the shirt and suit in a size 6 which both came as a large and the dress was a size small but had no tags on it. From trying it on its likely a size 8-10. The usual Chinese product indicators are there including the lack of care instructions and a product contents label. I had bought this all during a sale and paid in excess $90 Canadian in shipping and customs for an order that was barely $115USD. I could have ordered this direct from China for less and had free shipping and no customs (as it's deemed a developing country by Canada Customs). Regardless, still crappy product. Infuriated
