I called Erin at Patriot Commercial Lending Solutions when it looked like obtaining a loan to purchase a franchise was out of reach. I informed Erin that our situation would be a challenge, because we didn't have years of experience in the franchise industry we looking to buy into, but she was still able to help us secure financing when other lenders weren't interested. Not once did Erin make us feel that we weren't worth the effort, and she went above and beyond with assistance from the first time we contacted her, through the loan approval process, through the Franchise approval process, and even after the franchise purchase was completed. I am so happy I listened to the person that recommended I contact Patriot Commercial Lending Solutions, and Erin will be the first person I recommended to others that are seeking help with obtaining business-related loans.
