Sol is a home grown gym from humble beginnings. It started as a dream in a garage and transformed into the largest gym in Central Phoenix. We believe in supporting our members through all aspects of their fitness journey inside and out of the gym. This level of commitment and pursuit of excellence by the coaching staff coupled with a super friendly, social community has created a special atmosphere that is unique to Sol. Our history is still being written and hopefully you have a chance to become part of it with us!
