Never thought I would like to workout in a class. I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. I have had a great time making new friends and getting stronger! The instructors are amazing and my body began changing immediately! Love love love this place!!

This place is amazing! The childcare is great, the instructors are friendly and helpful, and the schedule is extremely flexible. I love that I can take a different class every day of the week, or stick to my favorites. Studio 180 makes working out fun!

Love this place! I get a good work out that keeps me energized throughout the day. Their unique style is not to hard for anyone. You must try it!
