The technician was phenomenol! I would recommend him to anyone . he was considerate and professional and fast!! He quickly repaired my wall mount and now it works beautifully!!! It makes such a difference in the quality of ones life when their appliances And electrical mechanisms work wonderfully well!thank u from the bottom if my heart!

I called looking for a new remote to replace the one that is MIA, the young lady quoted me a price, I ordered it. About 3 hours later I received an email from the your lady telling me she had found the exact one I needed at a reduced price and had ordered that one instead, I would receive it the next business day. Now that is service not usually seen anymore in American business! I was so impressed, that I called back after receiving the new remote to have the company come out program the remote and preform PM on my 20 year old opener.

From start to finish working with TGS Garages & Doors has been an excellent experience. The initial consultation with the sales rep was friendly, relaxed, and informative. We were able to choose the best doors and style to compliment our home. He clearly explained the difference in doors and ultimately we choose the highest quality door because we could see it was absolutely the best value for not much more money. The customer representative professionals at the office were courteous and accommodating when scheduling the installation and very patient with me while we tried to figure out the easiest day. I was told the installers would call me a half hour before coming and they did just that, which was very helpful and considerate of my time. Delivery and installation was right on time as promised, and the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and expert in their craft. They went above and beyond to be sure the doors were installed perfectly. Who would have thought new garage doors would make such a difference? We LOVE our new garage doors. Not only do the work perfectly but we appreciate the quality and beauty they provide. Our entire family loves looking out the kitchen window and commenting on how fabulous they look. We are thrilled to have found TGS Garages & Doors. (We did speak to other companies.) They exceeded our expectations and we would highly & enthusiastically recommend them without hesitation! One of our two garage doors and corresponding garage door opener finally reached the point of no return. I went to your website, got a few bids, and went with TGS Garages & Doors. Although the price was good what sold me was Andy Newland, their Sales & Design Consultant. When he came to the house it immediately became clear that he was extremely knowledgeable. But what sold me was that he took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed and very thoroughly explained my options in terms I could understand. Today Rich Surdez came out to do the installation and I was totally blown away by not only the job he did but the care he took to do it. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. And like Andy he took the time to carefully explain everything. The doors look great, they work great, and I am very happy. What more can one ask for?

As you are wll aware the search engines are full of Garage door sellers. Luckily I landed on TGS. From the first call to which I reached Deanna to the outside sales person coming to my house, spending time to see if he could salvage my damaged door, to him coming up with alternate ways to save on a new door all was beyond my expectecations of service level. Then the day of install came. Truthfully, I thought they brought the wrong door, because the price I paid in y mind did not reflect a door of this quality. The install went flawlessly and extremely neat as well as timely. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend TGS and their team without hesitation. Nick West
