Had a great experience with TGS. I spoke with Leah over the phone and she set me up with exactly what I wanted at a good price. My installer was professional and showed up on time. His work was extremely clean. Love my new garage door openers!!

I reached out to TGS Garages & Doors for a service call as my older garage door opener was not closing properly. The service person came right on time. After demonstrating the issue, it was first though to be the sensors, but after replacing the sensors, the garage experienced the same issue. The service person continued his diagnosis and determined the the circuit board was the issue providing intermittent power to the sensors. I agreed with the service person and authorized the replacement of the opener We reviewed the opener options and pricing and in a little over an hour, the new opener was installed. The service person than provided and overview of the functional. Overall, everything went smoothly, I programmed HomeLink with my car and the garage door is now working as expected. I would call TGS again should I have garage door needs in the future.

When dealing with multiple companies to try and find a quality, affordable garage door, I found myself completely satisfied with this company. The customer service Leah provided me was professional and extremely efficient. I had called mutiple companies while shopping around and once I spoke to Leah my decision was made. She worked with my schedule in having a tech come at a convienent time and the experience was very satisfying. I would definitely buy a door from this company again.
