Pedro came out to quote me a new door and we discussed our particular needs for the door on our detached garage. He guided me through the selection of the best door for me, saving me money in the process ? I certainly did not need an insulated door on an unheated garage. But he did suggest the double steel door. I came away feeling great about my decision and purchase. Deanna, was wonderful in keeping me informed about the status of my order, and helping me set up a delivery date that worked for me. She is such a pleasant young lady and a great ambassador for your company. Everyone who I spoke with at your office were friendly and upbeat. How lucky are you! I had my new garage door installed by Rich and Jason on Saturday morning. As a working woman, I am certain you can appreciate how valuable a Saturday is. Rich called to let me know when he would be arriving and he was there five minutes early. Rich had an awkward installation as I had our disabled vehicle within 4 feet of the garage door. He said it would be no problem and he went about his business. What a great asset you have in your installation team of Rich and Jason. I just can?t say enough about how great they were. I love my new door, it still surprises me every time I go out on the deck. Your company makes me wish I had more garages. It was a pleasure and my good fortune to have chosen TGS for my new garage door. Sometimes you just get lucky.

Sal and Dennis? arrived on time. Inspected the door opener and clearly explained the problem. Gave a detailed breakdown of the work to be done and all costs. Installed the new door opener quickly and cleaned up the work area. Satisfied with all aspects of the job and the work.
