I've been trying to get approved for a loan for several months. After waiting for a conditional approval, Larry told me about options to fix my credit score. I was able to get about 60 points in only a couple of weeks. My application got pushed through, I got a great deal, and my loan was closed in less than a month. I just wish I would have known about it sooner. The overall experience was good, and they are very honest with you. But if you are going to work with them, make sure to ask about your options to improve your score first!

The Mortgage House was wonderful in helping me with all of my first time home buyer concerns. There were a couple things that I thought would disqualify me from buying a home and not only did the Mortgage House ensure that I got my home with ease, it was as though I had someone holding my hand through every bit of the process. The total process took longer than expected due to issues with the seller but the Mortgage House went out of their way to get things situated for my closing. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
My experience was good, but I wish it could have happened faster. We were ready to close, but the VA takes forever! Hurry up and wait! But, the folks at the Mortgage House were with me through every step and we just had to wait for the closing. The few times I need anything, they were very helpful. Service was great
I recently went through the process of purchasing my own home, and while there may have been a few delays due to the VA, everything else went smoothly. The staff was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and once we got approval from the VA everything was great. I would not hesitate to go through this process again with the Mortgage House!
I think that overall, I had a great experience with the mortgage house. In the beginning, everything moved very quickly, and I was impressed with the options they created. We were able to get a loan very quickly, but there was a period of about a week where I didn't hear from anyone. I was able to reconnect with them, and everything went smoothly after that. Other than that, I got a great deal, closing was super easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I would definitely use them in the future, but make sure to stay in contact!
