I called Matt of Houdini Locksmith in Spokane today with an emergency for a key and lock change. I have a squatter in part of my building and he has been entering with a key to my Healing Center which he has no business in.
He came up with an inventive way to keep him out of one door with a chain, bolts and washers wrapping the chain around the door knob bolting it into studs. He said he could still take the door off of the hinges and enter the HC, but I’m going to put up a camera. So if he does, I’ll see him and have proof.
Then he changed 2 dead bolts and rekeyed 2 other doors.
I feel so much safer.
