Brian and Madalyn went out of their way to work with me and my sister and a Joint LTC Plan. We had numerous questions and Brian was kind enough to schedule several calls with us as well as answering questions via email. They were patience , had great followup and really worked to get us the policy that would meet our needs. I would, and have, highly recommend working with Brian and Madalyn on LTC. Their guidance has helped ease our concerns for the future.

This was one of the more difficult personal finance decisions we have had to make: our financial advisor urged us to leave the money invested and family experiences showing the need for long term care. Brian and Madalyn patiently helped us navigate the process under a time pressure based on my age. I am grateful that our 55+ community had them in for a presentation.

For many years, we thought our schedules were too "busy" to explore long-term care insurance. We tried researching on our own, but our careers were pretty demanding. Still, with three young adult daughters launching their careers and senior parent who lives three hours away, we knew we needed help to really understand all the options open to us - without any high-pressure, one-size-fits-all approach. After attending one of Brian and Madalyn's free seminars two years ago, we spent time meeting with them to thoroughly learn all our choices. Looking back, this was one of the least-stressful financial planning decisions of our lives.

Our treatment was professional all the way through. Brian laid out multiple options but promptly zeroed in on a best choice for our situation. His answers to our questions gave us confidence, and were consistent with other research we had done. Then our application was processed in a timely manner. Replies to emails and phone calls were prompt, and the overall process seemed very efficient. We are satisfied that we went with a true expert and chose the right product.

Long term care has always been a concern for us. We wanted the peace of mind but couldn't get past the cost or the limited care options. Brian didn't ever try to sell us anything. He gave us an education on traditional LTC and then explained how asset based LTC would better suit our needs. I'm a conservative penny pincer but could easily see how my money was always working for us and available if we wanted it or our needs changed. We're so happy we took the time to hear him out and decided to purchase a policy. No buyer remorse and we sleep better knowing our future is taken care of should we need it. And, Brian has followed up to make sure we're still satisfied. Brian and Madalyn have been great to work with.

We listen to Brian and Madalyn with 525 Advisors on KIRO and attended one of their free seminars. We knew that we should have Long-Term Health Care. We decided to meet with them and see what our options were. One of our big concerns was 'how do you pay for a plan?' We were presented with several plans and Brian help us select the best plan for our financial and health situation. Once we selected a plan and put the application process in motion, Madalyn kept us up to date with the progression of the application. Both Madalyn and Brian were honest, professional, and communicative every step of the way. I definitively recommend 525 Advisors for Long Term Health Plan needs.

It was a definite pleasure working with Brian and Madalyn regarding our search for a quality Long Term Care (LTC) policy. Our concerns over asset protection as well as adequate LTC coverage for my wife and me were addressed by helping us get us into a Hybrid plan with a highly rated insurance carrier. They are very professional and knowledgable with LTC being their specialty.
