This was a residential job nearly two years ago, and you can imagine our concerns about a serious collapse in our footing both for an external wall and an internal wall, causing cosmetic damage to drywall and misalignment of both nearby doors. It was a multi-day job and difficult, requiring digging under a deck against the outside wall and digging in the crawl space under the house. A-1 sent a crew that worked quietly (except for the digging tools of course, I mean to say that the workers were not boisterous or personally disorderly in any way) and were mannerly and well organized, and the final lifting process was like beholding a miracle. The developer of the concentric lift and his wife were on-site to observe the installation. Problems were resolved, although I must say with the difficulties I have had with this house, I have been holding my breath for two years. So far, so good. I was very impressed with A-1, I am grateful to them, and I highly recommend them.

I have worked with A-1 on various projects since 2012. My experiances with them have made this one of my favorite companies to work with overall. It is rare to find a company that continues to offer the same level of service over several years. The gentlemen that came were exceptionally nice, knowledgeable and made sure the lifting was as perfect as it could be. Even now years later everything has stayed in place with the lift points disappearing. Best value for me as the job was priced to get the job done and I was not charged for extra materials that other companies would have charged me for.
