Beware of filing fees if you do rent to own. Called multiple times prior to going in to get information. Was told what the upfront cost was and I paid it. I was told the rent to own has a filing fee, first months rent and deposit that was to go to the rent to own company. What you are not told is they add $250 to it for more doc fees that they keep. So basically you will pay double doc fees. The amount he told me was the exact amount I paid but they leave out the part that they are keeping the other $250. When I asked about it all you get in response is I don’t know what the problem is. The problem is you make it seem like this is all fees by the rental company but that is not the case and I should have paid $250 less. There are many places to get a trailer from do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else and save some money.
