Absolutely horrible misrepresentation by your company. I told the office prior to booking I had 2 hoses needed to be installed on a split unit. Brand new and already wired just hoses added and pressure checked. Tech gets here and is told by engr $2000 to disassemble unit and reinstall to take liability. Are you kidding me? I told them I didn't need liability from them just connect the hoses and take pressure. That was it. Leaving horrible reviews on Angie's list and not payng service call. Misrepresentation from your company does not leave me with a service call on something they knew they could not do prior to getting here other than to rip me off.
