When they loaded an antique dresser on its side on top of another piece of furniture caused major damage to both pieces. At the time I mentioned my concern and I was told "We take care of you. It be okay." They also put an additional piece against that dresser and it was damaged as well. Over all, 5 major pieces of furniture were damaged because of how they were packed. Since they didn't transport the storage cube (Upack did) it is in the contract they are not liable. It was, no doubt, the poor packing that caused the damage. Their "customer care" was "sorry for any inconvenience". I don't believe that. If you want your belongings to arrive undamaged - hire elsewhere!
