When I contacted his office I received an immediate response. After talking, set appointment up. Was texted and emailed when he would be there. Sent message when leaving to come. Came on time. Checked washer and has to order parts, coming back as soon as received. Neighbor saw his truck at our home and after hearing of his great work ethnic asked for a card and is going to call him. Recommend him HIGHLY.

Nice people, they actually texted to give me exact appt time windows and when they changed they texted updates. Was a simple fix only charged the fee to come out, was honest and the dishwasher is fixed!

We appreciated his knowledge of taking care of our problem with our refrigerator/freezer. Loved the upfront pricing in case it was to expensive to fix! Thank you so much for fixing it. Saved us money on getting a new one!

Luis Perry replaced my Samsung refrigerator motor and sealed a faulty icemaker design. A few months later the Samsung motor died again. Luis came back and replaced it a second time and resealed the icemaker again for No Charge. I'll never buy a Samsung again but I highly recommend Apsolute Appliance as they are very knowledgeable and stand by their work.
