Very disappointed with this company. Picked it for it’s high rating, but so very disappointed!!
Called about furnace at 8:00 that it was not working in -30 degree weather, they gave appt for technician to come between 11 and 3. First text came at 2:40 stating technician was running behind but we were next on list. At 3:40 got text that he was on his way. At 4:05 got call from receptionist stating technician “jumped the gun” and texted before he was done his previous job and he would be at our place in 1-1.5 hours. 2 hours later still no technician and no contact number to phone to see if or when he would come. Such an awful run around for a company with a 86% positive rating. Will NOT recommend this company if needing furnace repair.
