I regularly use a varidesk and the sit/stand mat from Acromat has decreased the amount of time I sit at my desk. I like that it is a little thicker than other mats, yet, it's easy to move around. I'd recommend it to others that utilize a standing desk.
I purchased 2 mats for my kitchen at home and love them. They are so comfortable I forget about standing there for long periods of time and my knees and heels don't hurt anymore. I would recommend them to anyone who has to stand long periods of time, especially in a work environment.
