After posting my fist review I wanted to give you an update I just finished my 6th session getying strong for surgury Derrick has been doing a superb job in doing just that 3 more sessions to go before surgury I already feel confident that I'm getting stronger all the time I just fell 8lbs below 300 lbs I know physical therapy doesn't have that much of effect on weight but Derrick has mentaly and physically prepared me for this surgury a special thanks to Derrick and Lisa for helping me get to this point all places aren't perfect they don't always have chocolates in the candy dish
