They installed a 6 ton minisplit system in my home. I'm disabled and I live alone. My home is a 3 ton. They knowingly installed a grossly oversized system, that failed to pull out humidy, The installation was poor from the start. They were leaking refrigerant and produced piercing cold air or warm air. They didn't filter bacteria or viruses, the drain lines were dry and bugs, spiders, and lizards, were able to come through the drain lines into my home, some would get pulverized by the blower wheel, my air quality proved I had refrigerant. It continued for 3 years, destroyed my home, destroyed my health, and they have denied all of this. Im in a law suit with them that is going to trial. In the beginning all I wanted was my money back. It took a few months of back and forth emails between attorneys, for them to say sorry they changed their mind. That's when we filed suit. I recently was finally able to remove this train wreak, and hired a great company to install a proper Ac unit in my home. The owner of the company said to me, he could not even imagine what I had been through. As there was a thick oily haze in my house. I had a contractor come to fix drywall and he had to leave and said he couldn't do any work here because he was starting to feel sick. He left and called the Florida health Dept. The air in my house turned so rancid, because they didn't work and Advancef did nothing. They fired the woman at the front desk for being helpful and honest right before Christmas, and she has children. I bet Advanced has excuses, but that's all they have are excuses. This company is not worthy, and I fear for any one who hires them.
