TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO RESPONSE TO AN EMERGENCY. SOLD OUT TO A NATIONAL FRANCHISE. I used to come here and saw Dr. Fitzgerald for many years and was happy with the service. Recently they sold out to a national franchise "MyEyeDr." and the service is terrible now. If you call, you have to wait on hold for 30 minutes+ and whatever VOIP service they use has such a terrible connection that you can't hear or understand the person on the other end and they can't hear you. I just went through this and after calling, waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes, and ultimately having to hang up because the connection was so bad... I just gave up. Their website contact form says it will take 3-4 days to get an answer that way. I have a massive eye infection and called at 8am this morning for an antibiotic eye ointment prescription. I called again at 2pm to follow up when nobody called back. They still hadn't done anything or called a prescription into my pharmacy by 5pm when they closed.
