Airco Service

I called Custom Plumbing and Airco answered the phone. When I mentioned that I called Custom they back tracked and called themselves Custom. Honesty and transparency isn't something this company stands on. If you bought out small mom and pop shops just be honest and tell your consumers. If they are going to lie over the phone they will in person. It’s amazing how you blocked this review on Google…. You are dishonest and disrespectful to the public.

Absolutely horrible service. We had a lazy tech come out twice, say he couldn't find the leak. For a new tech to come out, find the leak in less than 20 minutes and fix it. Wasted money. Recently our unit blower and motherboard went out. The tech gave us the run around to fix it on a Friday saying that someone delivered the wrong board and we would have to pay 300 extra dollars for THEIR MISTAKE. So we agreed to have them come Monday. Come Monday our tech went home sick, no call, no notification. I have missed 6 hours of work dealing with this. Called and they said they would send a tech when they could. I finally got them to agree to send a tech out Monday night. The tech was there messing around for 45 minutes to then tell me that he brought the wrong motherboard as well. We reached out to the managers. No one is in a rush to get our unit fixed, as we have already paid them the money. Horrible service. Use someone else!!!!
