Wayne was wonderful to work with! I wish every person that deals with transportation had his passion with customers and making sure all our transportation needs were met. He went out of his way to communicate with every one of my 32 guests making sure they all had a hands-on personal experience. The extra mile was a perfect touch! Thank you for making my conference such a success! I couldn't have done it without you!!

Excellent service. Exactly as promised On time and waiting for us at baggage claim. Our driver Norm was excellent,good,friendly and made us feel at ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worse and 10 the best I would give them a plus 12 that’s how good they are. Use this firm next time you need a ride. You will not. “Go wrong”.

As a travelling businessman my request was a very short notice (less than 2 hours) having been let down for my transport to the airport on a Saturday morning. Wayne and team were able to assist me ensuring I caught my flight without any stress. An excellent service with a totally professional team, I would not hesitate to to use this service again and strongly recommend Airport Express of St Augustine to anyone planning a trip to the area.
