I had a great experience with AirPort Express. Booking was easy. I received a phone call the day before confirming pick-up and credit card payment was processed. Our driver was on-time and polite. I also used the company to take us back to the airport at the end of my vacation. I highly recommend this company for your airport transportation.

We were very happy with our experience. They were on time for both legs of the trip. The driver who took us to St. Augustine gave us many suggestions of things to do and places to eat when we asked him. He was very informative. Any future trips we would definitely use St. Augustine Shuttle again. I would highly recommend them.

Outbound trip was perfectly executed. Inbound trip was also excellent even though we arrived late night at JAX after screw up in Dallas by the airline. Communications with drivers was excellent. Thanks again Wayne. See you next trip.

Wayne and his crew go above and beyond to take care of their customers and make sure they arrive on time and safely to their destination. Many companies have lost sight of customer service - NOT AIRPORT EXPRESS. I think they have the best customer service I have seen in years and great communication. Highly recommend for your next airport transportation to and from St. Augustine.

They did a perfect job of picking yes up at JAX & taking us to St. Augustine. Did the same for the return trip. And the pricing was very fair.
