Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Yea they are a great company to use if you don't like a working a/c unit because that's what you will get them. I have a "brand new" unit that l went out. It's 100 degrees right now and I have been calling this so called emergency number my builder gave but your terrible customer service worker claim her internet didn't work and couldn't schedule a technician! So you have one emergency rep for the entire company!!!! That one hour time frame is a joke I called a 1pm and left 5 voicemails for her to call me at 7pm saying she couldn't help me! Idk how they are still in business. I hate My builder used them I'm not even in my home a year and the ac goes out and is still out!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

I contacted Airtron on Monday for a Friday appointment to check my AC unit that was making an unusual noise at the compressor, not cooling properly, and running all day. The didn't show up or call me. I couldn't get in touch with them over the weekend so I called Monday morning to tell them nobody showed up Friday. The unit and temperature in the house was getting worse over the weekend. I was set up for a Monday afternoon appointment. Another no call or no show. Now it's hotter in the house and compressor sounds like it might break any minute. Very poor company with horrible customer service. BTW this unit isn't even a year old. Still under their warranty. Maybe that's why they won't come out. I would shop around for a company that will actually help their customers if I were you. there are a lot of HVAC companies out there. Don't use these guys.
