FINALLY !!!! a great company to do business with ! do what they say when they say they are going to do it . Means alot in this day and age . Completely alarmed my house and workshops ....everything tied in together and from my phone too. They (every employee included ) took the time to hear my needs and concerns & put together a package and monthly fee that blew ADT away . Adt wasn't concerned till moved to ANE and then of course begged for my business back ...to little to late ....Very happy with the total service from Alarm NE ....they are truely happy to help !!! I can't thank the whole team from Alarm New England enough. Alexandra took my call and helped me set up a system for my home. I never felt like she was being pushy and just trying to sell me something. She took the time to explain to me that this was her family’s business and that customer service was a top priority while also providing a top quality system. After we planned the system, Sean arrived in a timely manner for the installation. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Finally, Connie walked me thru the systems settings, using the app, and the cameras. Connie went above and beyond. She even stayed late one evening to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was pleased with everything. The first night of having the alarm on, I accidentally set it off. Before I was even able to read the text alert I received a call to make sure everything was ok. If you are looking for a top quality alarm company with excellent customer service, then give Alexandra and Connie a call.

You can't go wrong partnering with Alarm New England. Their customer service rivals the best in the business. Very good attention to details. Alexandra was fantastic when reviewing my layout and needs. She developed a system that works for me, right down to placement of sensors. They hold true to their word, if something is promised, they deliver, on time. As an engineer, I look at things differently. All of my technical questions were answered handily with enough detail to satisfy me. I opted for the self install option. No regrets doing that. Connie was amazing with all the support and answers I needed. I absolutely recommend Alarm New England to everybody that needs a alarm system.

To our friends at Alarm New England: I would appreciate it if this email could be forwarded to the appropriate department in order for Connie Mastoras to receive recognition from my husband and I for performing exemplary customer service on behalf of Alarm New England. I believe she's in the training department for the Cape Cod area. We recently upgraded our Alarm New England system and she was fantastic at walking me through the steps to understand the new highlights of our system. In fact we were on the phone for quite some time and she took the time to trouble shoot one issue we were having and called me back the next day. She also gave me her number and said to call with ANY questions... training or otherwise. I have since called her for a refresher on one topic. But today I needed to implement a temporary change in who to call should our alarm be activated. So I went to my "go to gal", Connie, to see if she could help me figure out who to phone. She went the extra mile for me, said to email her the info and she would be sure it reached the right people. Just a short time later, she forwarded to me confirmation that the change had been made. I don't think that's her responsibility, but she handled my issue and made it so easy for me. I am very grateful for her help. You all are very lucky to have her in your service and I am very lucky to have her number. I just wanted to be sure you all know what a gem you have in this employee - but I bet you already do. I am so happy I switched my home security provider to Alarm New England. This family run company provides great personalized customer service. They were able to use my existing alarm pad- which saved me money and came out to add smoke directors on every level of my house that are directly connected my local fire station. The technician who setup my system was extremely knowledgeable and did not try sell me extra devices. When you phone their support line a real person answers and is more than happy to walk you through any questions you may have. This switch was a great move for me and my family.
