Got to know most of the Arden Family over the past couple of years, Liked all of your people, and felt you all did an honest job on a tough cement tile Townhome (Half of a 2 Townhome Connected Unit) , The Roof was deficient in cracked tiles & in tile underbelly support material quality, Wood paneling and beginning to deteriorate on a 40 year old quality cement tile , (but old) roof. Jason Roderick & Angle established a good working relationship with Kyoko and Joe, Angle does a great job on the Front End Assessment & estimate & early talk with owners, and usually (if not too busy elsewhere) on the final QA of the job. Sometimes, he gets busy on other jobs and we don't see him at the end 'of the job. I would encourage Angle to always touch base with his customer at the end of his crew's job, also, to assure everything is okay, and to let the customer know the results of his people's work on the roof leaks, siding, broken tiles etc. and finalize his coordination & findings with the customer. He is a fine guy and we could communicate with him well. His people are efficient, often just leave at the end without touching base..Angle needs to always close that loop. Thank Wendy for her work with us as well, and express my appreciation to her for being a good customer communicator and important part of the Alden Team. She was especially good at keeping us appraised of Schedules and Changes in those schedules. That is really important in your business. Jason and Angle were both really helpful in assessing some difficult roof situations, I felt the estimates (prices) were sometimes a little (maybe 25% high). Keeping us appraised of schedules (Wendy & Jason) this last set of sessions was much better this last year. Your Dispatcher Wendy follow up on schedules & changes was much appreciated, and really important. Angle and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient about their work. Angle was sometimes too busy on other jobs and we did not hear from him at the end of the job to give us some final Quality Assurance information on what they found. He is good at this, and I would encourage him to do this with most customers, as it is an important interface.. Thanks, Jason and the Falcon Family for a fine set of Quality Work and Service, and for being reliable & honest with us. First roof replacement in 19 years , From beginning to end I was kept abreast out the entire process . All involved was nice and kind . I would surely recommend them over the other roofing companies that wanted to quickly sign a contract . My roof was even upgraded . I had various choice of colors that enhances the house .

Daniel was extremely helpful during the entire process, from evaluating the situation to meeting with insurer's agents, making repairs and reporting completed work to insurer. Very happy to have had him as an ally and very pleased with the repairs.
