Honest, trustworthy, dependable and solid work. I contacted All Peaks Roofing to assess the roof of our townhome building and to install construction gap (rodent) barrier on our unit. Clayton, the owner scheduled time, provided a free written estimate (that was competitive with two others I'd received) as well as detailed pictures of the roof's condition and the construction gap. I contracted him for the work (barrier only as the roof did not need replacement) and he completed the work in one day. He then returned when I sold the home to take pictures for the inspection and prove the construction gap repair was still in place. I then hired him to make repairs on the home we bought. Again, he provided a competitive estimate and completed the roofing repairs. While there I also asked him if he'd repair several areas of rot around windows. He did, completing the work in one day and making it look easy. The job was professionally completed and he offered me a 1-year warranty (which while I won't need, I know he would honor). Most recently, I contracted All Peaks to make significant roofing and wood rot repairs on our cabin in North Georgia. He traveled from his home, started the work at 11am and worked until 8pm when I asked him to stay for dinner and remain at our cabin overnight. Yes, I trust him. He then started work the following morning and due to additional work that was needed and I approved, remained until 1:00am before leaving. He wanted to make sure I was happy. He also identified (with clear pictures) some additional areas that needed attention about which we agreed and he then returned to complete that work about two weeks later (as agreed). The work was beautifully completed and I know our home and cabin are in great shape.
