We went with ALL YEAR FENCING for a new fence for our back yard, not because they were the lowest bid, but because Travis was very responsive and we so enjoyed his very friendly demeanor. But sadly, the crew who installed our fence made several basic installation errors and after we paid the full amount, the communication response time with Travis was days and days after contact.
Now, It has been a month and 1/2 since our fence installation (which was a month after agreed upon) and our fence is splitting and warping. We sent the pictures below to Travis Friday morning and still have yet to hear back. BEWARE! The installation is below par and the care and professionalism disappears once your more than $5,000 has been received by this company.
travis was easy to work with and responsive. unfortunately, he was not involved, at all, with the installation of our fence. instead, he sent his two man crew, and one of them seemed to have no understanding of straight lines, spacing, nailing wood to wood instead of wood to air, etc...
i understand that wood is an organic, dynamic material but this is no excuse for no craftsmanship
