The customer service at Barger and Associates is horrible. You are just a number once they have you in their stable. I moved to Allstate a year ago, but now I will be changing to another agency. Their mismanagement of my insurance account has already cost me at least $180, which they refused to be held accountable for. Definitely look for another agency when establishing your home and auto insurance.
