It all started in the basement of a retired attorney who wanted to finally put his 1964 degree in chemistry to work. Alonzo knew that various oils could be combined in such a was as to make a single solution, but it took 2 years to finally get the mixture exactly the way he wanted it. The unique blend of seed and nut oils makes shaving a pleasure.

I was skeptical when I first ordered this product. I always used a this, light, face cream under my shaving soap to help for a smooth shave. The first time I tried Alonso's Shave Oil I was impressed: no pulling, no razor burn, nothing. Now, couple that with a new blade and I got the smoothest shave I have ever had. Just stocked up with 3 more bottles. Fantastic product, prompt shipping and great value

On line you say your shaving cream has all natural ingredeants, yet unlike your shaving oil, the label shows fragrance, not oil of bergamot. Used only once, so I don't know yet if my ecsema will flair up from fragrance as happens about 2/3 of the time.

I love the product - but the bottle does not close well and I've spilled contents all too often - not good, 'specially since this is kinda expensive!!

I get the most smooth shave ever when I use Alonzo oil. I also do not get shaving cuts or nicks and my razor just glides over the shaving area. I prefer Alonzo to the traditional creams and shaving soaps.’
