These people are a scam, I can’t believe they could even be considered a business. I arranged for a relatively short period move which was confirmed three times by multiple employees when we triple checked that they could arrive on the weekend in the morning. Since it was confirmed multiple times, I spent extra time and money going the day before, in an unfurnished place, to prepare everything for the move. The day and time comes, no one showed up. My family waiting at the start point contacted the company and they said that they were on their way half an hour after the scheduled time. An hour after the scheduled time, we got a call saying the move was cancelled because the movers called in sick, without any apology at all or further explanation. They lied to us, how can the movers be on their way and have called in sick at the same time? We are not stupid, but this company treated paying customers like we were. Since I was at the destination waiting I called the company three times for an explanation without any answer. When we finally got a call back, we didn’t receive any apology or explanation, no empathy, and I was hung up on before I could even express all of my concerns and obvious frustration that these people gave me their word and lied to me. The company would not even talk to me for a full minute despite I am paying for the move and my entire family was stressed and in scrambles to figure out our move! The least they could have done was give us some advance notice that they couldn’t come, but I guess they don’t even have any intelligence but instead they confirmed the move the day before. Obviously, my family and I are going to be extremely upset, but these people do not care about their business nor their customers and haven’t made any attempt to apologize or make things right. Run far, far away from these people.
