Marie was the greatest help in getting my dog registered. She was easy to talk to about my disability understanding knowledgeable with the laws regarding service dogs. It was quick and easy. I received all of my dogs stuff within just a few days. I highly recommend working with them. Thank you for all your help.

I have no words, best customer support you will ever get. Dr Jack, and his wife Miss Marie are the best of the best. First i got an opportunity to speak to doctor jack he was super nice, kind, and attentive, he listened to me and gathered all my information about my furr babies, then his wife Marie called less then 15 mins later to further assist me, she was very sweet, kind. she answered my questions about the Emotional Support / service dog certification, and what im supposed to know/ do what not. 30 mins after i received an email about the approval about my certification. Now im in ease. i can take my furr children anywhere i want without any hassle. Thank you Mr jack, and Miss Marie for the support. You guys are top notch.

Marie was great explaining in detail the benefits of certifying my pet as a service dog. She definitely went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. Super professional, respectful and kind understanding my position and guiding me through the process with all the help I needed. I'm really grateful for them and what they are doing to help others the best they can. Would definitely recommend going through them to assist with the process as they will always find a way to make it easier for you and your pet.

I was surprised at how professional and should be a model for internet services. It was a pleasure to work with Marie. She is very attentive to your needs. Quick responses to questions and just an all around great customer service as well as person. Highly recommended.

Without the amazing help of American Support Animals and Marie I don't know what I'd have done. She took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately make me feel so much better and not worried about my companion and any problems. I will be telling all my friends in need of applying for their companions to go here.

I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran, and I currently live with my ESA in a home that otherwise doesn't allow pets/animals. My previous therapist passed away unexpectedly (may she rest in peace) which left me with no access to medical records and a very stressful situation of trying to establish a professional relationship all over again to renew my ESA letter. These guys made the process painless, they were understanding and empathetic to my situation, and they helped renew my ESA letter right away - and even better, they do this for free for disabled veterans! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Truly a wonderful couple (small family owned business) that seem to genuinely care about the health and well-being of others. Thank you Miss Marie and Dr. John!
