If I could go lower, I would! The salesperson was nice at first, on time and attentive during the measuring process. However, as he was writing the estimate he asked if I was considering other companies and I said yes. HOLY COW!!! He completely lost it. He immediately asked why I was wasting his time and complained about driving over an hour for my appointment. He REFUSED to provide a written estimate under the basis that he owned every company I was going to meet with next and that I was just wasting his and my time. He was very aggressive and completely disrespectful. His behavior was COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE and downright UNPROFESSIONAL. A salesman should NEVER, EVER be allowed to insult, or intimidate female customers to get their way. USING INTIMIDATION TACTICS TO PRESSURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYERS BEWARE!!! IF YOU ARE A FEMALE CUSTOMER, DO NOT MEET WITH THIS COMPANY ALONE!!! AWFUL AND VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
