Absolutely amazing service from Animals Away. Susan and Laura were incredibly efficient and highly committed to ensuring our dogs returned home safely. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to transport their dogs. An outstanding service in every aspect.

Words can't even begin to describe our amazing experience with Animals Away! We had the pleasure of working closely with Susan, who immediately put our minds at ease, guiding us through every step of the way. Traveling internationally isn't easy by any means but flying both of our dogs was, thanks to this amazing team. The experience from start to the final landing was unbelievably smooth. We couldn't be more grateful for everyone who took such great, loving care of our crazy duo!

Susan has handled several of our overseas pet relocations, even to China! She is always very thorough, before, during, and following the trips. My wife and I always have full confidence that it will go smoothly.

It's rare to meet honest people in this business and I wish I found Animals Away sooner. They are experts at what they do and will not mislead you or pass you around like the airlines and booking agents did with me. Despite the time constraint, Susan, Eddie, and their team did everything they can to make sure Oscar made it to London with me. I would 100% seek out their services again.

The biggest fear in our move overseas was how to make sure the transition was safe and happy for our four animals (two cats and two larger dogs). Animals Away alleviated all of our fears and made the transition the best possible experience for our fur babies. They helped us navigate all of the regulations, paperwork and covered every base so that our animals had a smooth trip. I did a lot of research on how to best move our animals and investigated many different avenues and at the end of the day, we could not have had a better experience than we had with Animals Away. The door-to-door service was a real difference maker and the communication from the teams on both ends of the journey was clear and timely and put our minds at ease. Susan helped me relocate two puppies from New York to London. She was great from start to finish. Always happy to answer questions and helped guide me through the whole process. They arrived safely on the date planned. I couldn’t have done it without her. 5/5 recommendation!

Susan was wonderful in assisting me with flying my boy to Germany. We had a nightmare experience with the airline, and she was able to assist us at the last-minute (most places require at least 30 days notice). She was friendly and honest, and she was empathetic toward my anxiety with the process. My pup seemed well taken care-of and in good shape after traveling pretty far. Price is reasonable considering they walk you through everything. We appreciate Animals Away so much!

We contracted with this company to ship our dog to Germany. They provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. We asked if they could arrange shipping with only 2 weeks' notice, and while they couldn't guarantee they could, they amazingly came through and made it happen. Alyssa was outstanding to work with. She worked tirelessly to arrange airline transportation. The dog crate showed up and was broken (shipping company's fault), she immediately made arrangements to obtain another one. She constantly communicated with us throughout the entire process. I'd give her 6 stars. The person who picked up and took our dog to the airport did a great job. The company made picking the dog up very easy after her flight. I'll definitely use this company again.

If you are reading this you are looking for a pet relocation service because you care for your furry. Look no further than Animals Away. I'm serious. I checked out a dozen different services and got quotes. The amount they charge doesn't tell you anything. Animals Away wasn't the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. My move was particularly challenging because of COVID19. Alyssa, my representative, had to navigate changing airline regulations and reach out across the country to arrange to have my 2 cats picked up and sent overseas. She helped me with my vet and arranging the International and Domestic Health Certificates. During the myriad of things that needed to be done before they flew, Alyssa kept in constant contact with me. She was available via her personal cell phone but I didn't need to use it because she was always available via email. During the trip, she sent me updates, pictures and I felt confident that my cats were being taken care of. The agent here got them through Customs in record time. The most telling sign that their trip hadn't been overly stressful is that when my cats arrived, they were rested, not stressed and happy. I expected them to be a mess. I know I was.
