Wow...I can't believe apex has this many 5 star reviews. I am happy you received the quality service that one pays for and expects. I will just pass my review and experience on. I have been a real estate investor/property manager for 43 years, and RE/MAX Realtor 21 years. I have used many roofing companies over the years and refer the good ones to my clients. Regarding apex, I had a hail claim in 2019, (to the tune of $130k) as did everybody else in Parker it seems. I saw apex doing neighbor's roof across the street so I met them, liked them, and decided to go with them. Well, it's March, 2021..I have lost multiple shingles off my roof, I am picking up nails and screws still today, I have a window well full of apex debris, roofing wrappers, ice dams, reversed, bent, and broken gutters. I have uneven drip edges, uneven, crooked rows of shingles, beat up valley pans. I have a total barn and home roofing failure that they claim is the manufacturer responsible. They wanted to replace the roof when it gets warmer, understandable. But I still am losing shingles and have broken gutters. My cat fell into the uncovered window well and died as a result of them not finishing the job. They want final payment..ya, sure. Anyway, my tale of woe...I would be very careful. I'm not even mad, I am just so disappointed in apex since I was told they had put their best team on my job. I gave apex a rental home and I think it came out good, I really haven't checked it. I could bore you with 50 more pictures but I won't lol. Again, this was a $130,000 claim and you see what I received. Do your homework. Come see my my home and roof, decide then for yourself.
