The technician came right on time to fix our oven. He had on coverings for his shoes . Went right to work diagnosing the problem explaining in detail fixed it right away. You knew he knew exactly what he was doing. He was neat and cleaned up after . The price was responsible and I would recommend this company.
1. Came late. 2. Gave me an estimate to repair 20 yr old refe/freezerr for $1500. Got it running and I gave them credit card. Then told me it still needed one part he'd bring back in 2 days. 3. A month later I was still phoning for that part to be installed. 4. Made appt and he came 4 hrs late. 5. He wanted another $1500 for a total of $3k to fix a 20 year old unit. I said no. Refer is inoperable. And they claim (falsely) that none of us ever called (we called several times a week for a month) and that unit worked perfectly and customer was satisfied when first repair was completed. They lie.
wanted to charge me $1400 to replace 2 ignitors and 2 hinges in my oven. seemed expensive and i just didn't trust them, so i called another company and they came and replaced the igniters for $241. and said i didn't need new hinges, that a screw was crooked. this business seems crooked as well...
