i had a defective shower bench. it bled stain in my shower. the company does not want to give me a refund after i sent the bench back

I had a minor issue with a shelf I ordered and had swift resolution when I emailed aqua teak. Was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and speed of the staff. The product is incredilbly high quality and could not be happier with its performance.
