Excellent customer service. I've purchased a few dozen ARES tools over the past couple of years and have been well pleased with the quality, utility and value of ARES tools. On the couple of occasions I've had questions for ARES customer service my emails were responded to quickly and my questions were addressed effectively. When I have a need for a new tool ARES is always one of my top choices and more often than not I choose ARES if they have the tool that I need. Quality, Value and Support are key attributes in my purchasing decisions.

Great products and outstanding service. I wish they made more stuff so I could but it from them! As aside: I have to give the website 2 stars. It's laid out well enough, but compared to similar sites it uses an incredible amount of memory, enough to bring Chrome to a screeching halt on my machine. For instance, Chad's Toolbox takes up about 200mb private bytes, while Ares Tools uses as much as a gigabyte! It's so bad that the site is basically unusable to me. Big frowny face with tear.
