We lived in our home 2 years , and we loved our home!!! Gentry the property manager was always kind and understanding and things got fixed right away , good property management would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Gentry and team for a good 2 years experience!!!!!

I moved to Colorado for a job ahead of my family, and was looking all over for an apartment. After exhausting every option and almost giving up, I stoped in to talk to Dawn. She was the only one willing to help, and she saved the day. From the spotless lawns and pool, to the welcomeing environment of the complex; Dawn and her team are always there for you and willing to do whatever they can to help. The apartments are spacious and clean, and any problems are handled in a very timely manner. I have even recommended the complex to some of my friends back in Illinois that I'm trying to get to move out here.

I have rented from the Lakemont Apartments which are managed by Armada Properties for over a year now. I feel valued as a tenant. The property looks nice and the apartment is well maintained.
