This whole process has so far been exceptional. From the moment Jamie contacted and cooperated with me on an ideal time and day to finally meeting her in person. Jamie was so helpful and patient given the numerous schedule conflicts. Meeting Art was beyond my expectation - he is both professional and attentive but above all, very approachable. His ability to connect with me and then recommend a style based on my personality was fantabulous. Above all, from the moment I met Art, he made me feel at ease and walked through the entire process.. I am anxiously waiting to see the end product.

Upon trying on the suits at the first fitting, I immediately knew that the suits were truly custom / bespoke. I've been wearing everything from "off the rack" to "made to measure" for over 25 years. I've never owned a suit that fit as well as these do, and there is still one more round of alterations. My only disappointment was not being able to take them home today. I look forward to when they're completely finished, and I can start wearing them. The attention to detail, not only of the product, but from the staff is top notch.
